When did it all change for me?

when did it all change for meA lot of people ask me when my massive transformation happened in my business and what made it happen.

I remember when I found out what was possible for me in business and that it was far more than I had ever imagined when I started out.

I could see others having great success but it wasn’t happening for me fast enough.

Sometimes I felt the exhilaration of possibility.

Other times I doubted that this was for me. I came up with all sorts of reasons why others could experience success but not me.

Now I know what it comes down to.

It comes down to making a decision. Mindset. And taking action – consistently. How much depends where you are in your business and how far you want to take it. You’ve got to take an honest look at why you’re not getting the results you want, why you’re not taking the action you need to take and why you’re not being as visible as you need to be.

I’m not saying it’s easy and that I woke up one day with a light bulb moment that changed it all.

No.

It was far more painful than that. The truth is that I had to bring in the money. I was going through a massive uplevel, I’d invested in a high level coach and suddenly I went from making some money to no money. It really was a ‘make it or break it’ situation and I just went for it and put myself out there. I knew that if this didn’t happen now that it wouldn’t happen at all. I needed this to happen if I was going to live from my passion forever more.

Within two months my income increased 10 x. But that’s not the best part. The best part was that I felt alive. I was working with way more clients, loving supporting them, loving the community of like minded women that I was building and feeling a huge sense of fulfillment because of this. This truly is the best part. I no longer felt that I was dabbling, I felt that I was making a real contribution and making a real difference to more women’s lives.

This is what my business transformation meant for me, it meant being of service, contributing, being useful.

True transformation is consistent. So once I’d created that initial shift I had to learn how to maintain it. I then invested in a coach who taught me about practical business building to help me create systems in my business so that I wasn’t constantly wasting time re-creating the wheel and could really maintain a consistent income working fewer hours.

It truly was a combination of uplevelling my mindset (including trusting my capabilities), learning the practical pieces and implementing them consistently.

What will it take to create your big transformation? How will that feel? Who do you need to be today to create that feeling and expansion?
